Favorite TV Moments: Niles Presses His Pants (Frasier)

This is the opening scene to the Frasier episode, Three Valentines (S06E14), where Niles attempts to press a wrinkle in his pants until everything goes wrong. It has no dialogue and features the great David Hyde Pierce and Eddie the dog, but contains large amounts of laughter. While some think of the scene as foolish, you have to remember the kind of life-style the Cranes are familiar with. Have they ever ironed their clothes before? Probably not. Does it surprise you that Niles would faint at the sight of blood? Absolutely not.
